Presented here is my first Photoshop edit, created utilising one my original raw photographs in which I had attempted to mirror Moholy-Nagy's work. Prior to these edits, I did not have any experience when it came to Photoshop edits, therefore creating and producing these edits involved lots of experimenting and trial and error, as well as using online tutorials to my advantage. The image I edited consists of a extensively long piece of coiled wire, which twists and turns in multiple different directions, enclosed in a bag of thin, delicate fabric. I had chosen this as one of my photographs to edit as I was incredibly pleased with raw photograph, and believed it had the foundations to produce a very interesting edit, possibly even helping me convey the work and style of Moholy-Nagy. The focus on this photograph was clearly around the coiled wires, which expressed the formal elements of line, and this idea was present in my thoughts when creating my edits.
